Hey Everyone! I had a milestone yesterday. I did full splits. All my life I allowed myself to believe I would never do the splits and so I didn't really try. Recently I decided to change my mentality and begin prepping for the splits. As soon as I made that decision everything changed and then yesterday I managed to find my first full split.
